Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Qwikwire is seeking a dynamic and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service

Requirements:
- Energetic and confident personality
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
