Taxumo is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Live Chat Officer** to join our dynamic customer support team in Davao City. ### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Engagement**: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat, ensuring an exceptional customer experience by providing timely and accurate information regarding Taxumo's products and services.

- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer needs and provide solutions by troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through account setup or issues, and resolving any problems efficiently.

- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions in our system and inform relevant departments of recurring issues or feedback from customers to help improve service delivery.

- **Continuous Learning**: Stay up to date on Taxumo's features, updates, and policies, continuously enhancing your knowledge to effectively assist customers and promote the company's services.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure consistent customer support and escalate urgent issues as needed.

- **Performance Metrics**: Meet established performance metrics and KPIs, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates.

- **Feedback and Suggestions**: Provide constructive feedback on systems and procedures to contribute to process improvements and enhance customer service.

### **Requirements**

- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably involving live chat support.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using chat software, familiarity with CRM tools, and solid understanding of computer systems and applications.

- **Personality Traits**:
- **Confident**: Ability to communicate effectively and reassure customers, even in challenging situations.
- **Reliable**: Dependability in managing tasks, following through on commitments, and contributing to team goals.
