**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or similar role.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication or customer service is a plus.
- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely while maintaining an engaging tone.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient with live chat software, CRM tools, and basic computer skills; familiarity with online communication platforms is advantageous.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be passionate about customer service and energetic in helping customers; ability to work independently and stay organized.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong creativity and critical thinking abilities; adept at managing conflict and diffusing tense situations in a calm and collected manner.
- **Availability:** Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
