KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE Key Responsibilities: Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and address their needs and concerns.
Ensure clients receive timely responses and high-quality service.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities for growth within key accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share.
Present new products and services to key clients, tailoring pitches to their specific needs
Client Strategy:
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide strategic insights and solutions.
Develop customized account plans for each key client, outlining goals, strategies, and timelines.
Regularly review and update account plans to ensure they remain aligned with clients' evolving needs.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Communicate client feedback and insights to relevant departments to drive continuous improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report on progress to senior management.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and demonstrate the value provided to clients.
Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Geodetic Engineer, Civil Engineering,
Architecture or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Skills:
Must be able to understand and study technical sales.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm.
