Litigation Lawyer - Davao

Manage all phases of the litigation.
- Attend all types of hearings as may be required by the Company.
- Responsible for initial case investigation, drafting pleadings, motions, etc.
- Provide legal support to the various internal departments
- Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
- Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
- Taking pre-emptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts

Job Qualifications
- J.D.
qualified to practice law
- With 2-3 years of legal work experience
- Willing to be assigned in Davao
- Having Latin Honors is highly advantageous
- With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage (i.e.
Board Topnotcher, etc.)
Schedule:
