Legal Personnel Officer

Providing legal advice and opinions;
Monitoring the dispute resolution process

Providing administrative & project support involving legal matters;
Conducting research in all legal fields of interest of the company and promptly respond to legal issues / concerns;
Ensuring all transaction, operations, policies and procedures are valid, binding and enforceable under any court of law;
Updating, managing & securing the integrity of documentation;
Ensuring that the company's interests are protected under the law;
Establishing / improving and upholding company policies, guidelines, procedures, etc.

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
