Licensing Support Specialist

The Licensing Support Specialist is responsible for supporting all licensing activities with the
relevant state and federal agencies for all CrossCountry Mortgage LLC.'s loan originators. The Licensing Support
Specialist provides general administrative support to the Licensing Manageras needed.
Job Responsibilities:
? Maintain NMLS and state licensing information including new branch set up for all loan
? originators.
? Track continuing education requirements for all licensed loan originators.
? Work with and gather information from Loan Originators for licensing and renewal purposes.
? Respond to all internal and external requests as they relate to above-mentioned duties.
? Track the progress of the license in NMLS and keep the appropriate parties informed of any
? obstacles.
? Act as the primary backup when other members of the licensing team when needed.
? Various projects as assigned 
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Full-Time, Onsite reporting ( Makati), Night Shift
? A minimum of 2 years of licensing experience within the mortgage industry.
? Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to licensure of originators.
? Extensive knowledge of the NMLS licensing system.
? Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Word.
? Experience using mortgage related systems, preferred.
