Legal Staff (Law Graduate)

Education: Bachelor of Laws
Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience
Training: At least 8 hours of relevant training


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Research laws, applicable jurisprudence and rules needed by the lawyer in their pleading to be filed in court;Draft simple agreements, contract and memoranda;Drafts and prepares legal letters, replies to third parties, opinions, and advisories;Appears in administrative tribunals when lawyer is not available;Prepares the necessary documents (e.g Partial release of Real Estate Mortgage) for the release of the title to the MBs;Takes charge of all research materials (e.g Law books, forms, and materials);Acts as the department's liaison officer with the government agencies in the absence of the lawyer;Prepare a Petition for Foreclosure and file it with the appropriate court and bodies;Review of records and files of the accounts;Mediates between conflicting clients when the lawyer is not available;Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time; EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: All government-mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, and PagIBIG, 12 Legal Holidays, 13th Month Pay and Overtime or Night Differential, and the 5 days of Service Incentive Leave).Paternity/ Maternity LeaveSolo Parent LeaveSpecial Leave for Women (RA 7610 or the Magna Carta for Women)Life InsuranceHMO (optional)Company subsidized grocery with payment option for salary deductionGymCounseling Services
