Legal Secretary

-Types pleadings, letters, memos, contracts, and other legal documents.-Assist lawyers in preparation of pleading attachments.-Prepares and submits quarterly reportorial reports with the Notarial Section at Makati City Hall.-Handles docket and filing systems.-Enters documents that need to be notarized at the notarial book.-Records all pleadings, notices, and letters received by the legal departments.-Maintains and records all hearing dates, meeting, and due dates of pleadings to be prepared by the lawyers.-Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications:-College Graduate-Preferred with previous employment as legal secretary.-Oral and Written Communication-Attention to details.Kindly click the link below and proceed with your application.rms.jakagroup.com
