Legal & Compliance Governance Director

Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the state bar.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.

- Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
