Legal Associate

Details of the offer

Duties and responsibilities:

- Write, prepare, and file legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, motions, and other correspondence with courts administrative agencies and other relevant entities, ensuring compliance with filing deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Represent our company in hearings and other procedures. (SMC)
- Organize and maintain case files, including documents, managing electronic files, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform other duties not limited to the above- listed as may be required by immediate superiors or as may be necessary to complete the tasks.

Qualifications and Job Specifications:
- 4 Years Graduate (Any Bachelor's Degree)
- With at least 6 months experience working as a legal assistant/staff or in a similar role in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency is desirable.
- Analyze legal issues, identify relevant information, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
