Court Interpreter Ii

A. The Court Interpreter -
acts as translator of the Court (i.e., English to Tagalog and vice versa);attends court hearings;administers oaths to witnesses;marks and keeps, under the direction of the Branch Clerk of Court, all exhibits submitted in evidence;prepares minutes of the court sessions;maintains and keeps in custody a record book of cases calendared in hearing; andperforms such other duties as may be assigned by the Judge and/or Clerk of Court.
B. Qualification - Requirement

Applicants must have the qualifications and submit the requirements below:
a) Education: Bachelor's degree - Authenticated copy of the Transcript of Records (Duly certified by the School Registrar)
b) Eligibility: Career Service Professional (Second Level Eligibility) - Two (2) authenticated copies of the Civil Service Eligibility with the Official Receipt or authenticated copies of Board Rating and PRC License with the Official Receipt
c) Work Experience: None required
d) Trainings/Seminars: None required

C. Application Procedure
Interested applicants must also submit the following here or in person at Room 202, Hall of Justice Annex, Quezon City Hall Complex, Diliman, Q.C. by October 24:
Letter of application addressed to Acting Presiding Judge Rodrigo F. Pascua, Jr., The letter shall indicate the date/s (M-F, from Oct. 24 to Nov. 6, except holidays) and time (AM or PM) when she or he may take the exam (2 hours) and interview (half hour);the documentary requirements listed in the Qualification-Requirement section above;Four (4) copies of properly, completely and recently accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Forms 212, Rev. 2017) with latest passport- size pictures; andSworn Affidavit by the applicant that he or she has no incumbent relative/s within the 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity in our office.
*Compensation: benefits and allowances may reach around Php10k/month on top of the salary.
