Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement leasing strategies that optimize occupancy rates and rental revenues of focused projects.
2. Lead a leasing team to effectively showcase properties to potential tenants, negotiate lease terms, and secure lease agreements.
3. Conduct lead generation activities and strategies, assist in the property ocular, negotiate terms and contract, and provide after-sales service to clients.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and tenants.
5. Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to position properties attractively and remain competitive.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with the leasing team in Luzon office, marketing team, and others to ensure seamless operations.
7. Utilize data-driven insights to forecast leasing trends and identify opportunities for business enhancement and strategic directions for expedited growth of the Visayas operations.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants/landlords and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Must have 3 years of experience as a manager in leasing, preferably within the real estate industry.
3. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
5. Based in Manila or willing to relocate in Manila.
