Leasing Manager

Responsibilities: Monitor space availability and occupancy on a per mall level.Check tenant mix gap, aging vacancies and provide recommendations thereafter.Ensure proper implementation of ingress and egress process.Update masterlist, wishlist, mall plan and market profile on a periodic basis.Maintain strong relationships with lessees and tenants. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.Must have 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Have experience in Fast-food, Retail, Sales/Marketing IndustrySkills: Excellent communication in both oral and written, decision making, highly organizedAble to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional mannerComputer Literate; Reports and Presentation management skillsCandidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
