As a Learning & Organizational Development (OD) Support Administrator, you will be part of the Learning & Organizational Develppment Support team. You will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to the Learning & OD and HR teams, managing training queries, responding to IT and HR tickets, conducting training sessions, assisting with integrations, setting up courses, and supporting various training programs within the organization. The location of the position is in Manila, Philippines. 
Your Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the Learning & OD and HR teams, and to groups in the organization who run specific training programs (e.g., project management, leadership, professional training, etc.). Manage the learning mailbox which includes processing attendance sheet and course withdrawals, providing reports and other data, uploading external certification, and among others. Respond to and manage tickets from the IT and HR service centers. Provide and set up training sessions on our learning management systems and dashboards to staff. Support the Learning & OD teams with any required integration activities (stemming from company acquisitions, system migrations, etc.). Manually create, maintain, and deactivate training accounts when required. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or similar systems administration role. Eperience working with HR or training systems. Solid understanding of MS Office, particularly Outlook & Excel. Strong customer focus with exceptional customer service skills. Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision. A self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to take on multiple tasks and projects. This position is open only to Philippine Nationals.
