Telemedical Assistant (Open For Fresh Graduate)

**Primary Responsibilities**- Inform the patient about Medgate services, products and partner clients- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, meeting Medgate standards- Does proper triaging of patients- Handles member's medical concerns- Records patient's personal data in the Patient Management System (PMS)**Minimum Qualifications**- Graduate of **any 4-year course** preferably Nursing/Psychology or other Medical Allied Courses (License is not required but an advantage- At least six months work experience in a Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not required.- Computer literate- Must be willing to undergo training (telemedicine program) prior to actual duty- Must be willing to work full-time on an 8-hr shifting schedule (24/7 operations)- Amenable to work in Makati City**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Evening shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
