Learning Experience Designer (PHL)Position Title: Learning Experience Designer (PHL)
Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Philippines)
Job Description: Responsible for building business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools that engage its target audience and ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Contributes to analysis and design.Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.Collaborates with other content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, technologists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.Uses all approved processes, tools, and templates to standard for development and reporting.Actively maintains all content.Participates in quality review process.Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams, Training & Quality initiatives, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.Minimum Qualifications: Requires a BA/BS in the fields of instructional design or educational technology; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. This may include 5+ years of experience in the areas of instructional design, learning delivery, and learning technologies, with 2+ years of proven expertise in developing content, e-learning modules, and microlearning videos. Must also have a proven working experience in designing and executing successful learning programs in the BPO setting.
