Job Description:
The Learning and Development (L&D) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing training programs and professional development initiatives within the organization. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies to enhance employee skills, performance, and overall effectiveness.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Training and Development, Education, or any related field.
Strong instructional design skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Project management skills for overseeing training initiatives from conception to implementation.
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPL, etc.).
At least 5 years of experience in a related field, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
