Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Willing to work on site - Dumaguete City

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating of Management and Leadership Development Programs
- Designing, Delivering and Developing Management Training Program Plans
- Monitoring and Evaluating the Effectiveness of Training Programs

**Skills**:

- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Facilitation skills
- Curriculum Development Experience
- Learning Management System Experience

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
