Lead Program And Community Engagement Officer

Details of the offer

The LEAD Program and Community Engagement Officer directs, develops, oversees, monitor, evaluate and enhance the different programs under the LEAD program of the Education Development Unit of RAFI including but not limited to the management of various projects and stakeholders (internal and external) that comprise the program.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Development and implementation of communications and institutional relationship management strategies and mechanisms

Ensures excellent relations with key institutional partners and and put systems in place to maintain them
- Develop strategic partnerships and engagements with Department of Education, Government agencies, civil society, and other relevant organizations

Plans, organize and facilitate engagement events and activities such but not limited to focused group discussions, conferences, learning sessions and summits

Qualifications

Graduate of Business, Management, Communication or its equivalent

Preferably with knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, branding and communications, coalition building and community organizing

With at least 2-year experience working with government agencies and Department of Education


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
