FRANCHISE RELATIONS OFFICER

 

REPORTS TO:
Franchise Services Manager

DEPARTMENT:
Franchise

EMPLOYEE STATUS:
Regular full-time

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the key person of franchisees to company support groups (departments).

Maintain business relationship with the franchisee; answers inquiries and handles immediate concerns raised by the franchisee.

Gather and consolidate franchise branches monthly results of the following:
Consolidated Monthly Report, system failures reported by the franchisees, supplies and product purchases, and training concerns.

Update monthly violation and penalty tracker.

Random calls to franchise branches to check if they are aware of the on going system wide promos and memorandums.

Conduct at least a

once a month visit and audit franchise stores.Submit audit reports and findings to the Franchise Services Manager in a timely manner.

Initiate and create processes to consistently improve the franchising program.

Qualifications:
Male / Female

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Must have a pleasing personality

Has a Problem-solving attitude

Good communication and comprehension skills

Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

Team player

Customer-oriented mindset

Has great organizational skills

Can work independently and with team

Has knowledge with franchise contracts, agreements and law
