Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to spearhead our lead management, online lead generation, and social media efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background in interpreting ad performance metrics, optimizing PPC campaigns, and enhancing online lead generation strategies. Additionally, they will bring creativity and strategic insight into social media content creation, management, and engagement, driving brand growth and business success.
Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret ad data from platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to track performance and uncover optimization opportunities.Monitor PPC campaigns, calculate ROI, and implement strategies to improve cost-efficiency and lead quality.Research and integrate new tools and techniques to enhance lead generation outcomes. Social Media Content Creation & Management Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business objectives.Create high-quality, brand-consistent content, including graphics, videos, and captions, for various social media platforms.Manage and grow social media accounts by fostering community engagement, responding to messages and comments, and initiating meaningful interactions.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.Collaborate on innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to websites or landing pages. Administrative & Collaborative Support Deliver regular reports summarizing campaign performance, key insights, and actionable next steps.Work closely with team members or external partners to align lead-generation and social media strategies.Stay informed on industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and best practices in online marketing. Proven experience in lead generation, ad data analysis, and PPC campaign management.Proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.Expertise in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and utilizing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for content creation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and scheduling platforms is a plus. Experience in the real estate industry or related field is advantageous but not required.Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.Basic video editing skills for short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube).Proficiency in basic website editing, updates, and maintenance (no coding required).Experience with geo-farming and postcard mailers.
