Laboratory Assistant

1)Assist and support the laboratory analysts in the sample preparation and analysis of various laboratory samples.
2)Prepare and endorse sampling media to laboratory clients.
3)Receive sampling media and Chain of Custody record from laboratory clients.
4)Maintain overall cleanliness of laboratory workspaces.
5)Order and maintain laboratory resource inventory.
6)Update laboratory environmental, safety, hazard and waste disposal records.
7)Participate in risk assessment activities and controls implementation.
8)Follow organization's guidelines and policy on quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH), especially on safe chemical handling, storage and disposal.
9)Commitment to responsibility and participation in the Quality, Environment, Safety and Health, and CSR programs and activities of the organization.
10)Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
