KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Labor Relations: Manage the relationship between the organization and its employees, particularly in relation to labor unions and collective bargaining agreements.
HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the real estate industry.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Resolve conflicts and address grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and processes to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for development. Work closely with managers to set performance goals and objectives for employees.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees at all levels. Identify training needs and opportunities for career development within the organization.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus programs, and employee perks. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions, including employee record keeping, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and documentation.
Employee Engagement and Culture:*Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and foster a sense of belonging within the organization.


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
With strong background and hands on experience with labor Relations and handling Unions
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite
Willing to be based or relocate in Bataan
