Labor Relation Officer

Details of the offer

-Prepares summary list of all processed cases on a monthly basis.
-Prepares D.A history summary of employees with internal application or subject for promotion.
-Gather employee concerns/complaints and submit it to the Senior Employee Relations Specialists.
-Counsels employees concerning professional/personal growth and development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with knowledge and experience in interpreting the Labor Code in an industrial setting.
-Must have at least 2 years experience in any HR function.
-Must be attentive to details, assertive and people-oriented.
