Scope of Work: L3 Network Engineer
Deployment and connectivity of Internet link at Site in coordination with ISP
Software Upgrade, Installation and initial configuration of site Routers, Switches, Firewall
Deployment of MACE VPN on routers/firewall
Installation of Server and configuration of services on Server as per Mace Guidelines
Installation and Configuration of Wifi Access points
Coordinating with ISP to perform initial configuration and troubleshooting for enabling Internet link at site
Lead End User support with the Support Engineer to ensure all users at Site can access Mace Applications , the local activities like Internet access, Printing is working fine at site.
Install UPS and PDU devices at site.
Provide onsite and desk side support services to end users.
Troubleshoot PC related problems at the direction of TCS level 2/3 or SPOC
Complete incidents and requests within SLA in pressurized environment.
Build, configuring and troubleshoot Install "Gold" image on Customer PC and laptop applications and hardware components.
Support meeting room environment and video conferencing
Support printers, scanners and other peripherals.
Support mobile devices, such as iPads, iPhones and Android devices.
End-User Data back-up and restoration when required in the course of a service incident.
Smart hands support for data center equipment as per required SLA (in specified locations)
As directed by TCS Tech support will assist in troubleshooting the data center devices
Replace defective components cards in data center equipment's as advised by TCS Tech Support eg, Remove a module and replace it, reconnecting patch cables. Daily tape change in support of local Backup Routine in required sites
Import/Export tapes to the tape libraries as advised by TCS tech support.

Skill-set required:
As a minimum, each onsite support L3 / Network Engineer shall have the following skillset:
Must have experience of using a Call Logging system
Must have good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related Office applications
Support experience of MACs would be beneficial
Experience and working knowledge of Network devices like Router, Switches, Firewall software upgrades, Installation and initial configuration
Should be able to coordinate with Remote team and follow instructions in bringing the new device online at site
Should be able to coordinate with ISP to perform initial configuration and troubleshooting for enabling Internet link at site
Knowledge of mobile devices, in particular Blackberry and iPhones
Working knowledge of current and legacy hardware platforms. Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware components
Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM and Autopilot would be advantageous during troubleshooting, H&E support
Ability to replace defective parts, as identified by TCS

Required tools and equipment: Standard toolkit to be able to perform the listed activities
Reporting: Reporting should be conducted via Hemmersbach ticketing Tool – GEPARD.
Language(s): Native local language, Good English language skills in reading, writing and speech.
Background Checks: All resources assigned to the project must complete a background check, which should be provided to Hemmersbach the latest one month after contract signature.
