Junior Service Supervisor (Automotive Experience)

Must-Haves:> At least 35 years old> At least 4 years of experience in any automotive work WITH 2 years in a supervisory role for blue-collar line staff> Basic proficiency in the internet – E-mail, Search, Social Media> Valid driver's license> Effective communicator – can bridge the gap in communication between the workers and the management> Open to learning new things like detailing> Preferably with knowledge in proper auto detailing and carwash (at least basic). Loves cars or has some affinity with automobiles> Skilled in driving (preferably manual and automatic), with a valid Driver's LicenseShift schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (switches shift every 2 weeks) | Day off – Tuesday onlyWork setup: 100% Onsite in Matandang Balara, Quezon CityAdditional Allowance upon regularization + Sales Incentives
