Qualifications:
-- BS IT or Computer Science Graduate
-- Relevant internship experience (Must)
Role & Responsibilities:
-- Coordinate with ITPM, project team, and vendors on project requirements
-- Assist in preparing Business Case, BRD, RFP, NDA, and other key project documents
-- Organize and manage ITPM documents, both physical and digital
-- Collaborate on meeting scheduling and reports for the project team
-- Maintain project and task monitoring, reporting status to ITPM
-- Assist with vendor and team communication, sign-offs, and meeting logistics
