Junior Business Development Specialist

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years experienceStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Knowledge of CRM software and other business development tools is a plus.Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Eagerness to learn and grow in the business development field.Key Responsibilities:Market Research & Analysis:Conduct research to identify new markets, industries, and potential clients.Analyze industry trends and competition to find opportunities for business growth.Assist in preparing market reports and presentations.Lead Generation:Identify, contact, and qualify new leads and business opportunities.Maintain and update a pipeline of potential clients through CRM tools.Assist in creating strategies to attract new clients.Client Relationship Management:Support senior team members in managing client relationships.Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.Maintain professional communication with clients to build rapport and trust.Proposal & Presentation Preparation:Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and pitches.Support the preparation of contracts and agreements for potential clients.Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve revenue targets.Support in developing and implementing sales strategies.Monitor and report on sales performance and metrics.Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to senior team members, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications.Keep track of business development activities and maintain records of meetings and outcomes.
