Junior Associate Lawyer

Responsibilities:· Legal research which includes drafting legal memoranda, letters, pleadings, contracts and other documents· Review of contracts· Attend meetings, mediation, hearings and others of the like· Answer queries from clients· Assist with corporate transactions, contract negotiations and legal compliance;· Interact with government offices, administrative, judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.· Other tasks as may be required by the position Requirements:· Able to follow instructions and has high level of accuracy and attention to details· Strong communication and people skills· Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities· Problem-solving skills· Values excellence, professionalism and hard work. · Passed the Philippine Bar Examination
