Senior Lawyer - Start Asap - Makati

- Preferably with minimum 6-10 years of work experience as a LAWYER in a LAW FIRM / LEGAL DEPARTMENT and/or 5-10 years of Managerial Experience- Age: Not above 45 years old- Willing to START ASAP in MAKATI CITY- Preferably CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED or ON THE PROCESS OF HANDING OVER DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES- Willing to stay at the company for a LONG PERIOD OF TIMESALARY RANGE: ?90,000 - ?120,000- Responsibilities: 50% COMPLIANCE, 50% LEGAL AND RISK REVIEWS- Exposure to the Board of Directors is to be expected- Reports to the Chief of Financial Officer- Must have sound knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations- Must have the ability to make prudent legal decisions- Must be a team player, highly analytical, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills- Should be fluent in risk management, with proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality- Must have an understanding of Corporate Structures and their impact on performance both legally and financially, is expected
