Design Architect
The responsibilities of the Design Architect include meeting with clients, creating drawings, designs, and layouts, and complying with industry regulations. The Design Architect should have excellent technical skills and be proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software. The Design Architect possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and should have the creativity to shape innovative, unique designs.
Responsibilities:
• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.
• Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.
• Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval.
• Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.
• Providing management with estimates on cost, time, machinery, construction, and other specifications.
• Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensuring that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.

• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation of projects.
• Do site visits to ensure quality and compliance with approved plans.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of proven experience in architectural conceptual design, design development, construction drawings, and contract documents.
• Knows how to drive and with Driver's License.
• Required Skill(s): Planning, Estimate, Costing, Design, CAD, Sketch up, Rendering.
• Good presenter inclusive of good skill in preparation of presentation materials.
• Good interpersonal skills, a team player with strength in coordination with various parties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel and do field work.
• A team player with leadership abilities and sense of accountability.
• Passionate with their craft.
