Junior Analyst, Purchase To Pay (Night Shift)

JUNIOR ANALYST, PURCHASE TO PAY (NIGHT SHIFT)

Responsibilities:
Invoice Verification

Perform basic steps in invoice verification Identify Error Codes Analyse and Resolve Price Differences

Analyse and Resolve Quantity Differences

Analyse and Resolve Missing Delivery Slip/PO

Analyse and Resolve Double invoicing and Subsequent Debit

Analyse and Resolve Incorrect Plant assignment

Analyse and Resolve Material invoices for POS

Communicate and coordinate with AP Team for issues encountered

Update Excel Trackers, Log sheets when necessary

Responsible for the delivery of certain assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Degree in business administration or similar degree.
Knowledge in the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes.
Knowledge in web-based tools.
Preferably with basic knowledge on accounting systems (SAP) Theoretical knowledge in customer orientation.
Ability for team-work and communication skills with colleagues and supervisor.
Communication skills for operational purposes (other SSC areas and the MPCs).
Quality-minded professional and high self-demanding approach for daily work tasks fulfilment.
