Junior Accountant

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Recording all financial transactions daily
- Issuing payment invoices and receipts to clients
- Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports to management
- Performing account reconciliations
- Processing income statements, balance sheets and other management account reports, under the supervision of the Senior Accountant
- Reviewing expenditures of the company such as payroll and petty cash expenses
- Assisting with asset audits, as necessary
- Assisting with other accounting tasks, as assigned by a supervisor

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Open for entry level position
- Knowledge of financial accounting
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant accounting software packages
- In-depth understanding of financial reporting principles
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
