Accounting Staff

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in an accounting clerk or similar role, with exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, Excel/Google sheets
process.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks & Xero) and Advanced formula Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work with less supervision

DUTIES AND REPONSBILIITES:
• Responsible for maintain financial records and reports.
• Prepare and process payments.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly reports regarding company expenses and purchases.
• Assist with month-end close activates.
