Identify potential new clients and business opportunities and build business relationships to generate profit for the company.Maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management that includes regular client visits and communication.Present Corporate Profile, Products & Services, and solutions to be offered to the customer.Coordinate with Technical & Pre Sales team in preparing sales proposals.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Achieve sales targets set by the company.Establish healthy relationships with principals, suppliers, and business partners to ensure support for projects being worked on.Submit weekly activity reports and sales pipelines.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational seminars, webinars, and in-house trainings.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Create a positive work environment that encourages employee participation and values the contribution of all employees.Understand the implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient operation (e.g., CRM & Escalation procedures).Proactive thinking – think outside of your job description and implement tasks that need to be done without prior instructions from management.Understand and assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve the company's objectives.Responsible for coordinating and attending all marketing events conducted by management, suppliers, or principals.Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all existing and future projects with regards to the following project management details:Ordering from suppliersMonitoring all equipment ETAs and coordinating them with clientsMonitoring/Coordinating technical installations if neededMonitoring client payments (ensuring that all payments are on time)Coordinating technical support issues when they ariseReplying to any other project concerns, if applicableQualifications:At least 5 years of work experienceMust have handled IT Sales (software, hardware, etc.)Presentation and negotiation skillsGood to excellent communication and writing skills
