As a Java Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing cutting-edge software applications that power our clients' businesses. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing Designing, developing, and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient Java-based applicationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional software solutionsWriting clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standardsIdentifying and resolving technical challenges and bottlenecksParticipating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processesStaying up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trendsWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Java Software EngineerProficiency in Java programming language and its core concepts, including object-oriented design, design patterns, and data structuresExperience with Java frameworks and libraries, such as Spring, Hibernate, and MavenStrong understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git)Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API developmentExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholdersPassion for technology and a drive to continuously learn and improve
