YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as Control Performer
Perform the GISC control in daily business as specified in DP according to Control Calender focusing on controls less complex addressinglow to highrated risks
Execute event-triggered controls when initiated by specific events (change requests, access requests)
Timely create and store of control evidence as the basis for the Management Assessment as well as for audits
Report the need for documentation changes to the Global Process Manager (GPM)
Report and escalate issues to the accountable System Owner, the Managed Service Provider and Global GISC Manager
Act as Control Assessor
Design and check operational effectiveness of key controls during the (annual) Management Assessment
Develop measures to correct the controls and mitigate the risks in case of exceptions
Assess affected controls and evaluate results. The person should be skeptic enough to know if controls are properly implemented according to procedures, systems and enablers
Provide evidences, do presentations and discussions, and implement ex-post analysis during audit Monitor KPIs and workload allocations of the IT control performance team
WHO YOU ARE
Professional experience (2-3 years) in Quality, Risk Management, Information Technology or Financial Accounting
IT background/Finance/Medical/pharmaceutical/natural science
Qualification & Competencies:
Good understanding of Internal Control Systems – target, content, requirements
Basic knowledge how Enterprise IT works – Infrastructure, platforms, applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to define risk mitigations measures
Ability to evaluate metrics and identify and prioritize compliance issues
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Coordinate, manage and track multiple activities while maintaining a high standard of work
Good communication and moderation skills. Ability to lead teleconferences in an international context
Fluent English
Advanced Microsoft Office (e.g Excel, Word, Power Point)
Intermediate knowledge and experience in usage of digital collaboration tools (e.g Teams, SharePoint)
Basic SAP, SAP GRC, and ServiceNow knowledge
Motivated to share knowledge and to train colleagues
Passion about quality & compliance, technology, and global collaboration
