MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a **Technical Trainer**!
General Description: The Technical Trainer prepares, maintains, teaches technical training materials and programs as well as trains clients and presents those programs in a virtual setting.
This person should have in-depth knowledge and technical aptitude in their field of expertise.
They must be excellent communicators and they have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 8 AM - 5 PM PST; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop training manuals and class materials
- Teach new skills to clients
- Develops goals for program improvement
- Revise and update program curriculum
- Keeps records of daily attendance and progress
- Utilize a variety of methods and techniques to present information effectively
- Conduct surveys and evaluate training
- Set up training systems and equipment
- Schedule the training sessions
- Coordinate with Security Team for new trends and topics for class material
**Requirements**:
- Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
- 3 - 4 Years of relevant work experience
- No health concerns that prohibit you working full eight (8) hours shifts at night
- Degree in any IT-related programs.
- Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
- Experience in Technical Training
- Experience in Cyber Security Training preferred
- 25 wpm or faster
- Computer literacy (Google Workspace)
- Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary of 40,000 - 50,000
