Location: Cebu City (onsite)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30PM – 12:30AM
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

A Global IT Solutions Provider is currently looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for handling first line technical support issues and concerns.

Duties and responsibilities will include: Respond to inquiries, issues or concerns raised by customers by phone, email or chatIdentify and resolve technical problems by providing the appropriate resolutionTake initiative in researching for solutions to unfamiliar issues or concerns. Qualifications/ skills required: At least 1 year experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support or Service DeskMust have knowledge troubleshooting IT technical issues including LAN connectivityKnowledge in VoIP is an advantage but not requiredDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or equivalentMust have excellent English communication skills.
