IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

 

Role:
To diagnose, onsite repair and maintain hardware-software computer related service calls

To deploy company system core products, install and configure computer hardware or softwares

To respond on every service call requirement and requests from clientele
- Qualifications:
Male, Bachelor's Degree in IT or any Computer related course or Engineering

Can speak in English, Tagalog & Cebuano with good customer relation skills

1 year Service Technical Experience is an advantage but not a must

Knowledge in various IT services and hands-on support is a plus

Aggressive, open-minded, self-motivated and can work with less supervision.

Flexible in working, dynamic and diverse environment.

Possess high level of energy, enthusiasm, and innovativeness

Compensation commensurate to qualification with very attractive incentives or commission schemes
