Our US-based company is seeking an IT Support Specialist. The schedule is flexible but it is on the day shift.

Group policy

Duo/MFA

Basic networking ( help a user

get on Wifi)VPN troubleshooting ( help a user get on VPN)

Windows troubleshooting (especially for locked accounts ) and for software installed etc.

Antivirus/Malware troubleshooting

Application troubleshooting (will train)
