The focus is on supporting our IT team with software and hardware trouble shooting, on boarding of new employees across multiple locations and general office maintenance.
The role will be at the organisation's focal point, directly impacting the efficiencies and effectiveness of the Monster Group.

**About the role**

You will be working as a part of a highly functioning team at the centre of everything we do at the Monster Group, working with all departments.
Truly living the core value 'Trust the Process', you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of products and ensuring our data is correct and in the right place.
**Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure hardware and software
- Liaise and escalate issues to external companies
- Updating and patching systems and software
- Repairing and replacing equipment
- Maintaining & Updating asset register
- On boarding and Off boarding of employees
- Policy Management
- Provide software troubleshooting assistance to all departments within the Monster Group
- Assist with onsite crisis management (power / internet outages)
- On boarding software trainer (8x8, CRM, Zoho People, Cliq)
- Company ticketing system management
- CRM tasks - (Bucket management, BAU fix test, CRM investigation tasks)
- Queue management
- Agent Management 8x8
- Uphold InfoSec policy in PH Office
- Subscription Management
- Office cleanliness

**Requirements**:

- 2 - 4 Years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Microsoft Suite & Google Workspace knowledge.
(Specifically Google Sheets & Excel)
- Knowledge of Windows & Mac Operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot potential InfoSec risk
- Ability to source local hardware solutions
- Any experience of the Zoho software suite is HIGHLY preferable.
- PBX call software experience preferable
- Active directory knowledge
- Remote access control
- Degree in Accounting or Similar
- Excellent English
- Tech Savy
- High attention to detail/data
- Ability to work from home
- Resides in Bacolod area
- An open, reliable and honest individual
- Team Player
- Great communication skills
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Data analytical skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
