**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + work experience)
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of computers
- Ability to take the initiative to continuously enhance product, quality and technical skills
