( 1 Year Experience)

 

Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in Vicidial or any other dialer is a must.

Knowledge in VOIP operational standards.

Knowledgeable and skilled

in computer networking (Cisco background is prefered but not required), hardware and software operation, installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.Well-versed in technical management, information analysis, and hardware/software systems.

Able to handle pressure.

Has knowledge in database management (not required).

Preferably with 2 years of experience in the field.

Willing to be working at night.

Must be a team player.
