IT HELPDESK SUPPORT - ASAP

(Cebu I.T Park Branch)

Responsibilities:
? Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, system architecture and environments.
? Manipulate systems to resolve accordingly.
? Ability to comprehend, capture and interpret basic information
? Proficient with PC hardware and software knowledge
? Strong technical aptitude
? Genuine interest and appreciation of the computer hardware industry
? Adheres to company policies and procedures
? Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong detailed attention.

? Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow-up and escalate when necessary.Requirements:
? College Graduate (2 or 4 yrs. I.T Course) or at least Bachelor?s / College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
? Newly graduates, Male/Female are preferably welcome.
? Flexible, Fast learner, Self-motivated and a team player
? Windows Environment knowledgeable
? Excellent English Communication Skills
? Basic Server knowledgeable (LAN & WAN)
? Willing to work shift
? Willing to undergo training, work on a shifting schedule.
