**Duties and Responsibilities**

**IT**
- Knowledgeable in setting up and troubleshooting POS machines
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
- Check computer hardware to ensure functionality
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
- Can install CCTV

**CMS**
- Adding new marketing content to a website
- Writing content that will be used on the website
- Overseeing the content management system (CMS) used to control the information on the website
- Register new products
- Monitoring and reporting of fast
- and slow-moving items
- Editing photos for merchant's menu.
- Securing back up data from the system
- Timely checking and maintain correctness of data from the system

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree of Information Technology, Marketing related to the field
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Proficient in Photoshop and other graphic designing tools
- With Sales Experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT and Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
