About the Role We are seeking a skilled IT Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities Handles ticket support for all IT requests. Technical support for computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi- platform. Administer user accounts, sets up and configures desktop computers,and accounts assigning security level. Installs software and tests programs within guidelines. Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action and escalates to other technical resources when needed. Maintains, updates systems, databases and other web tools as assigned by the IT Manager. Willing to render overtime in case if needed Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related course and experience Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 applications Knowledgeable in Computer and Technology support Good communication skills Experience IT/Network Administrator or similar Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude Strong work ethic – must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done Good communication and interpersonal skills Great attention to detail Excellent organizational and coordination abilities BSA SOLUTIONS INC.
