Drake's top client – a one-stop-shop for visual content creation is hiring an Interior Design Manager (Creative) to be part of their collaborative team in Pasay City.
Responsibilities:
• Provides design coordination, review, and monitoring of deliverables by external interior design consultant.
• Provides design coordination, review, and monitoring of external ID consultants' deliverables, such as but not limited to the following:
o Facilitates design coordination meetings with external ID consultants, Project Development group, and other departments.
o Reviews the following documents:
? Inter-office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by top management.
? Initial ID layouts/test-fits as needed.
? Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award.
? Necessary document attachments of consultant's progress billings.
? Proposals/contracts.
o Reviews interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultant for accuracy and completeness.
o Reviews accreditations, contracts, and billings of external ID consultant.
o Manages ID consultant's timeliness in providing design deliverables.
o Participates in interior design standardization efforts.
o Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
• A Licensed Interior Designer.
• With more than 4 years of experience in project and design management.
• With at least 1 year of people management experience handling more than 1 staff.
• Well-versed in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Proficient in design management, plan review, and coordination with third-party vendors.
• Highly organized, keen to details, and good presentation skills.
• Well-versed in English and Filipino.
• Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City.
