Overview Job Title/ Position Manager – Insurance Contract Review Job Code Job Level/ Grade Manager Type of Position Full time Reports to Senior Manager – Insurance Contract Review Direct Reports Division Finance Department Insurance Job Location NEOM Office Role Purpose Responsible for the execution of the insurance contract review process across the NEOM Company Performance Measures (KPIs) Timely completion of contract review process Key Accountabilities & Activities Key Responsibilities Perform a thorough review of insurance contracts; ensure that contract conditions and compliance dates are observed and track renewal and expiration dates of contracts Raise with insurers the requests to amend deductibles, limits of liabilities, and sums insured when needed Perform insurance contracts analysis; contract revenue, forecasts, contract penetration and uptake Prepare insurance risks report and confirm accurate insurance coverage to NEOM's needs across the projects delivered in Liaise with key internal stakeholders to explain insurance requirements and ensure proper and timely preparation of insurance contracts requirements Research for initiatives relating to technology integration in data assembly and extraction and recommend initiatives to senior management Background, Skills & Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 5 or more years' experience with real estate/construction or in a similar company Extensive knowledge of insurance contract review Knowledge of Insurance risk management Knowledge of regulatory & compliance in relevant industry sectors (Preferred in KSA) Qualifications Graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in management accounting and/or Finance Insurance and/or risk-related certification/qualification is a plus (FRM, CIC, CPCU, CRM, AAI, or similar) KEY STAKEHOLDERS* Internal External Insurance Senior Manager Insurance team members Internal auditor Other employees across NEOM Insurers/ Reinsurers Insurance companies/ Financial Institutions Not limited to VERSION TRACKING Version Prepared by (Department Head) Reviewed by (Human Resources)
